UPDATE: The new TCG expansion, Mythical Island is now live. The automatic update should be available to all. Enjoy 68 new standard cards and 20 secret cards.
The next major update will be coming in January 2025, adding the capability of trading select cards with other players.

Today, The Pokemon Company announced their latest mobile game based on the hit Pokemon trading card game has surpassed 60 million downloads across iOS and Android devices since launch on October 30th, 2024. (You can count me among those users…but I really just look at the artwork of the trading cards rather than battle.)
In addition, the company announced the first booster pack expansion will be releasing December 17th, 2024 and will feature over 80 new cards and five ex cards (including Mew and Celebi).
