A new Pokémon anime short, Dragonite and the Postman, produced by CoMix Wave Films, the studio behind critically acclaimed films like Your Name, Weathering With You, and Suzume, will be streamed on the Pokémon YouTube channel on Pokémon Day 2025, which falls on February 27th.
The story follows a young Paldean girl embarking on an adventure to discover the origin of a perplexing letter. The movie’s soundtrack is composed by Evan Call and Yorushika.
